What is success?

If you achieve a goal, you have success. Success is therefore the fulfillment of an expectation.

Success is something that every person wants to achieve in their life. But it is also something that is sometimes complex and has many different facets. To be successful, in addition to having a clearly defined goal, you also need action, and for that you need courage.

You can set all kinds of goals and achieve them, as long as they suit you. But it is certainly easier to set yourself the goal of “making” 10 million at an advanced age than it is to set yourself the goal of winning the Olympic gold medal in the 100-meter race at an advanced age. If you’re 80 years old, you’re not going to be able to do an Olympic-quality sprint. No matter how hard you try. It’s an unrealistic goal. 10 million can be won in the lottery, at least theoretically, even at the age of 80, or made in a few weeks on the stock market. So it is a more realistic goal.

In order to be able to celebrate successes, it needs therefore preferably:

a clearly defined and achievable goal
the willingness to take the necessary actions towards the goal and also to carry them out
the courage to carry out the deeds

For the achievement of goals, i.e. to have success, it is also helpful to have knowledge and, if necessary, tools: Knowledge can be acquired or partners with the necessary knowledge can be found. Tools may already be available or they may be acquired. The methods for this will be described in later articles.
